Perfect getaway

Liked: It was beautiful, the kids enjoyed it and the staff was amazing. Thank you so much to Rita I selected the wrong dates and she was able to change them for me. The pool and gym were very nice. We also ran into a YouTuber the kids were super excited about that.

Disliked: They dod not honor out early check in canceled reservation took payment and rebooted another reservation. Never cleaned our room nor brought new towels and shower was stopped up. Asked to speak manager and one never came out had staff come out stated would give discount and would send receipt via email and still have not received it!!!

Perfect romantic anniversary weekend!

Liked: We stayed at the W for our 18th anniversary weekend. The hotel was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to be sure we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed a breakfast credit with an amazing in hotel restaurant that served excellent breakfast options, and a complementary morning mimosa from our friend Alonzo. The location was perfect for us to enjoy a great Friday night restaurant and walk to the Aquarium on Saturday. It truly was a perfect getaway. Thank you W!
