Liked: Great location to walk in Aspen. Walked to several great hiking trails from the hotel also. Beautiful view from the rooftop!
Disliked: Our room was right next to a service elevator and one night at 2am there was a lot of noise loading and unloading and running the elevator.

Liked: Location was great. Did not have the breakfast.
Disliked: Price, too many resort fees. Price of hotel went up considerably once all taxes and resort fees were included. There was no daily parking. Had to use valet or park blocks away if you could find street parking.

Fantastic location with beautiful views...

Liked: Great location within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and lifts when it's ski season. The rooftop hot tub and swimming pool are heated with fire pit seating and access to the bar. The mountain sunsets from the rooftop are perfect. While you do pay for daily parking, the valet is convenient and accessible. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was unique and clean. We would stay here again.

Liked: We liked that the hotel provided us with shuttle to and from Highlands, which is much better skiing are than at Aspen Ajack. Restaurant in the hotel is top quality and chef is providing very diverse and excellent cousin - we really enjoyed dinners at the place.
Disliked: First, about the hotel: when we booked it only very large rooms fitting 3 adults and two children were available and we booked it at significantly higher cost. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly, but they put us in a regular room instead. When we asked them next morning why we were put in a smaller room, the receptionist tried her best to convince us that this was exactly what we ordered telling us that bathroom sink table is actually a desk, that a single chair in the room is a sofa.... . It was very unpleasant conversation and we called for the manager. It was only I found on the W website picture of the room that we booked - it was not on Booking.com! which had very limited info - the manager agreed that we booked different and more expensive room and agreed to reduce price by ~ 20%....Second, the so called "hot-tub" on the room of the hotel is barely warm and is very small. It is adjacent to the bar and as the result it is full of drinking people filling it as sardines - it was rather unless for us who needed a hot tub to relax our muscles
