Superb

Liked: The location was ideal. The staff were very courteous. The place was very clean.
Disliked: Maybe an egg or two for breakfast would have made it a very good breakfast

Disliked: The room we had was a little small. Also it’s hard to get water into the kettle from the bathroom tap! Couple bottle of waters for free as a welcome would be nice!

Liked: The building and atmosphere are nice, and the owner takes good care of both the business and the customers :)
Disliked: For a 4-star hotel, it would be nice if you could provide umbrellas for guests to borrow on rainy days rather than only selling them. Selling umbrellas can still be an option for those who wish to purchase one.

Wonderful stay

Liked: Cozy atmosphere in elegant building. Great location. Amazing staff. Spacious rooms, they got all you need. Got upgraded for free since they had to touch up my first room. Breakfast is good enough! Highly recommended.

Disliked: The breakfast arrangements are in a small location. Adequate but best to avoid the rush. Finding close by places for dinner wasn't easy. Great for Chinese food !
