Disliked: Heat pump didn’t work, heater in cupboard didn’t work had to call reception he came up and put the cupboard heater on said wait 10min we waited and it wouldn’t work he also had to push buttons on the remote for tv too work we had to call him back coz we were freezing so he brought another heater up that had no feet so had to lean up against the draw and it didn’t even work well. Don’t stay in 109 coz all you can hear if screaming from the main st drunks walking pass cars alllll night doing skids up and down street also people use the deck ryht next door talking and trying too sing and was just a horrible night. Also had a weird smell wen we entered the room. Elevator was terrible

Disliked: I don't know where to begin. 1. Given a parking that had stuff onstructing it. Reception watched us on camera moving the stuff and then asked if we wanted another parking when it was done. 2. The room we were given was big but t.v small and so far away, what was the point. 3. The bathroom is slippery, but towels do act as a safety measure. 4. The noise it made the whole night. We weren't aware of this until we came back and turned everything off and realised the noise coming through into the room doesn't turn off. We called reception, but nothing could be done until the next morning. Lady did give us a different room. We had to wait until it was cleaned but too tired to do anything really as we couldn't sleep. We were told the restraunt is supposed to turn it off when they close. I didn't see how they couldn't make sure they turned it off at 10. I am giving this a 1, just because it's close to everything.
