Liked: Location, cleanliness, and comfort.
Disliked: Room was a bit tight for a deluxe family room. Pool experience could be improved. They quickly kick you out after 7pm, but you can't just go sit and finish your drink or food in the roof restaurant. They kick you out of that as well for not having a reservation as it is open to the public. Staff in the roof bar and pool could be a bit friendlier. Breakfast needs some improvement for a five star hotel in terms of variety and selection.
