Good Value for Money with...

Liked: The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect—just 3 minutes from the metro station.
Disliked: It is surprising to me that the bathroom door had no lock.

Disliked: There’s no toilet brush in the bathroom. No wine glass in the room and no wine opener i need to ask first in the front desk and borrow it to them.. staff are very helpful.

Liked: Didn’t eat breakfast. All was well even though we made a mistake and had to extend our stay!! Very, very helpful.

Great hotel to get around...

Liked: Very clean and contemporary hotel. Great location near the Bernabéu Stadium and Metro station to get around Madrid, reasonably priced.Beds we comfy and the room was very well appointed.We didn’t try any food / drink / facilities so couldn’t comment on those.
Disliked: Not a particularly nice part of the city and not a very welcoming entrance area with a couple of street bars / cafes on a main road.
