Clean basic apartment close to...

Liked: The unit was very clean and was close to everywhere we needed to go in the area. The view from the patio of the water was nice.
Disliked: Facilities in the apartment were very ordinary. basic cup of coffee or tea -that was it. Car park was very inconvenient -small spaces and tight corners etc. Front foyer and lift foyer very small and old design. Within the limitations of an older building it could be made a lot nicer with a few luxury touches such a make your own breakfast etc
