A great escape to call...

Liked: The staff is the star of this property, the architecture and design is a close second. Loved our stay and we’d definitely return. Congratulations to the team on being so amazing!

Beautiful hotel, chic rooms, great...

Liked: The room was beautiful. And the lobby was DOPE!!!! It was nice to have a refrigerator with cold beverages upon arrival. We appreciated the attendant who came by each day to refill our water supply! The robes were very cozy. The bath/shower products smelled great. The toilet paper was pretty and unique! The roof pool was so special and a great reprieve at the end of a day of walking and exploring. The cocktails on the roof and the service were great as well. The breakfast was yummy - we loved the fresh jam and toast. The yogurt and granola with fruit were delicious. It was special to get different flavors of jam and different types of fruit each morning. Great hotel!
Disliked: The step up to the bed/ down to the bathroom caused quite a few stubbed toes :(. We started with big fluffy towels but when the room was refreshed the towels were different and small. There was a party on Friday night that was loud until 4am.

Disliked: We had multiple issues arise within our room and management wasn’t very attentive to these issues near the end of our trip - especially letting them know we were celebrating a very special occasion too
