Stay here for a lovely...
Liked: This was our second stay at Volcano Village Estates. My husband and I chose to come back this year for my birthday. I called ahead to ask about our stay and Lafayette was very helpful with places to find dinner and details about our stay. John also reached out to us by text to offer extra options and accommodations should we want them. Upon arrival, the greeting was warm and inviting once again. They made me feel very special and cared about. I appreciate that very much. The estate is a very lovely place and I can’t wait to come back. Huge Mahalo ❤️

TIred and disappointed.
Liked: Communication with host was good. The room was small but comfortable--rugs were dirty, and the bedding was not clean. We communicated with host, and were offered a new room. We didn't read the message until the next morning, so they say they refunded full payments.

We didn't read the message until the next morning, so they say they refunded full payments. Bathroom door does not close on both ends, and one towel bar was broken.
