Disliked: I forge my daughter’s hearing aid charger and the staff was so nice and compassionate that they help get it back immediately, so grateful!

Tuxon was perfect, clean and...

Liked: Adorable and chic remodel!! The pool was cool and refreshing!!! Breakfast was huge to have for guests. Ask for the lemonade! Yummy!
Disliked: The poolside rooms can get rather noisy when trying to rest.

Confortable and inexpensive

Liked: Confortable, modern remodel, curtious staff, secure night parking, nice pool area, bar & restuante.
Disliked: Right next to freeway and old neighborhood.

Pleasant

Liked: The rooms are nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was great. They have a fence around the property so it is fairly secure.
Disliked: It's close to the freeway and could hear traffic all night. There was gun shots 3 separate times with the helicopter circling. Hard to sleep.

Could be a cute staycation...

Liked: Location was fine, it was nice that the property is gated at night. We have stayed at voco hotels in the past with great pleasure, but this one was masquerading as a IHG property. It does still feel like a motel six with makeup on. Additionally, the first room that was assigned to us did not have working lights, and the second room had an a/c unit that was so intensely loud that we had to sleep without it all night. Maybe this place has potential, but someone needs to throw some more passion and cash in its direction.
Disliked: As I wrote above. Motel 6 with some makeup on. Staff wasn't thrilled to be working there. The breakfast was lacking real structure. Also the hotel staff was also extremely knowledgeable about Tuscon.. and they didn't have maps of the city either.
