Staff was very helpful. Loved the complimentary espresso 24/7 (for those of us who always sleep past the free breakfast:)
Liked: Loved the decor! Everything was clean and the bedding was comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and very pretty.
Disliked: Small.

Exceptional
Liked: Love the location, the room was nice and the staff were top notch with their service.
Disliked: I felt the bed frame was about to collapse everytime we sat or lie on it. Maybe it needs some fixing or replacement. The mattress and everything were however very comfortable.

Good location small room
Liked: No breakfast. Coffee. Located near Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum
Disliked: Room was too small and price high for the size and quality of the hotel. Staff professional and helpful.

This was the location that...
Liked: We wanted to be in the upper east side for easy access to museums. The hotel is the perfect location for that. The staff always tries to oblige & be helpful.
Disliked: Rooms are extremely clean but very small. No extra room to move. Also , one has to remember it is not a full service hotel. No extra amenities.

Suitable, comfortable and convenient
Liked: The location is good and apparently safe, because we wanted to be on the Upper East Side. It is close to many places of interest, but also far from many others. The good thing is that the underground is very close, with two lines that take you to the main tourist sites. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel has an area to make coffee and tea and sit for a while which is very nice.
Disliked: Some rooms were very very small. The entrance has a staircase with several narrow steps, difficult to access with large suitcases. One night when we were in Washington, we left a large suitcase in the hotel and when we returned the next day, the man at the front desk couldn't find it. The next day it was retrieved without any problems (we never doubted it), but it seems strange that the receptionist doesn't know where the suitcases are kept.
