Liked: First of all, the room I was given was not the one I originally booked. Secondly, the front desk staff were very rude and uncooperative. On top of that, the room provided had no closet, no iron—honestly, nothing worth mentioning in a decent hotel. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my life.

Disliked: My booking was messed up, upon arrival, there was only one room booked for me instead of two, eventhough i have confirmation from booking.com that it was confirm, hotel claims there is only one room in their system. The price of the room is too expensive and the breakfast is not even included

Staff is not considerate

Disliked: The staff assume I was cooking in the hotel room because I had a rice cooker from my pervious hotel stay in the same week.
