Liked: To be honest, I didn't expect much but for that price 3 night 1600$ for 2 rooms ,its not about the price its all about the service, and nothing included no parking no break fast no room service.no wifi. Not even phone line in the room.the fist night the bad was dirty I don't know for how long some one used it and the house keeping didn't change it it was smalling bad. Any way its was a bad experience on the hotel part.But the rest of the trip was beautiful is can get every year we do this trip in August, will never stay at this hotel again

Liked: “The beds were very comfortable. I had a great rest and slept very well.”
Disliked: The staff were not very helpful when we asked questions. Since our English is limited, we needed more clear explanations, especially about hotel parking payment. Unfortunately, we did not feel much support.”The room was clean, neat, and pleasant, and the beds were very comfortable. However, during the night the fire alarm went off around 3 AM, and all guests had to wake up in panic, quickly get dressed, and run into the hallway. Fortunately, it turned out to be a false alarm, but it completely disturbed our sleep — after such a stressful moment it was hard to calm down, and we could only fall back asleep closer to the morning. Many guests were upset because everyone had to go through this in the middle of the night. What was disappointing is that the staff did not provide any explanation or comment about the situation the next day.”
