Great location and Staff!

Liked: Great location and super friendly staff! Breakfast options were pretty decent which includes coffee,tea, croissants, muffins ,juice etc. It's about a 8 minute walk to Niagara falls which was convenient for my family and the neighborhood was quiet with good restaurant options as well.

Disliked: The air conditioner heating was somehow strange because it functions strongly for 5mins then stops for 15mins. So it fails to keep a stable temp.Also some amenities were missing (earbuds, slippers)However, in general we had a very pleasant stay!

Disliked: Room 212 stank of urine; no ability to let in fresh air; we were right next to a facilities maintenance room which was very noisy.

Good location but overpriced and...

Liked: The front desk manager was pleasant with us during a busy time. The location is very convenient to Niagara Falls State Park and restaurants. We parked upon arrival and did not need to use the car again after that.
Disliked: We stayed 3 nights for a long weekend during the solar eclipse (Sat, Sun & Mon nights). It was a busy time in Niagara Falls. We paid 2-3 x's the regular rate (we were willing to do this), but then our room was not cleaned or made up once during our stay. The bathroom door in our room (which slides on rollers) was less than one foot from the side edge of the bed. The description says two Queen beds but they seemed more like full size. We booked online and paid through that service but through an error in the hotel booking system, we were charged for an extra night on our credit card (again for a rate that was 2-3x's the typical rate). This was eventually taken care of by the manager, and credited back to our cc, but we almost left without realizing what happened. We got an apology but at first the staff assumed we were in error. The systems at the hotel need some improvement.
