Terrible. Filthy. Disgusting. Unsanitary. Shady...

Liked: The price for the room was decent. Everything else, DISGUSTING
Disliked: The elevator is super small and old and scared us. The second the elevator door opened, there was a thick and disgusting foul odor on the entire floor!! When my 9 yr old daughter and I got to our room, the key wouldn’t work. I tried three times before it actually unlocked the door. We walk in and instantly noticed the stench got stronger. As I’m locking the door to secure ourselves in, my daughter screamed! I jumped and look to see why she screamed in such fear. There was as big ass bed bug sitting on top the right side pillow. I quickly flipped both the pillows over to investigate and suddenly these little black things started literally flipping on and across the bedspread!! I yelled fort babygirl not to touch anything in the room and to not allow our belongings to physically tough anything in that room. It was disgusting!! Oh my God!!! There were so many people with dogs and pets permitted to check in the rooms with them. I’m certain those black things were fleas. I took pictures of the bedbug but we could NOT stay in that filthy room a second longer to be able to record or take more photos!! I checked out immediately and requested a refund. I was told that it was against their policy. When i mustered up enough courage to go back in to take more photos, the manager refused.

Disliked: the paid breakfast was not diverse or sufficient - one sandwich, little vegetableson weekends they served breakfast on disposable plates, with plastic cuttlery. This should not be a case in a hotel of this category where you pay more than 300 USD per night. It was substandard and bad for environment.the stuff was so so
