Great location and staff

Liked: Location was perfect between Ceasars and the French quarter, staff was great.
Disliked: Room was a little lackluster. Water pressure was weak, fridge didn't work in the room, issues with the coffee maker.

Good except for the staff...

Liked: Location. Value for Money.
Disliked: Staff (front desk on June 2nd 2025 7:00 pm), tried to charge us $50 for parking when street parking was free. She told us any alternative option for parking would be within that range. Not knowing that there was free parking at the time was extremely unprofessional or maybe worse, an attempt to scam us.

Great location

Liked: Location is great!! Front desk helped with problems that arose quickly
Disliked: Can only think of 2 staff who were great. Others ignored you or were not friendly. Arrive late and stood at front desk - bartender did acknowledge us and when we asked about front desk was told there’s only one person for the whole hotel. Getting service for breakfast was difficult as we. Taking a long time especially when I had to be places in time so would miss breakfast at the hotel as didn’t have time to wait

Liked: Style of the hotel and balcony.
Disliked: A/c unit loud. Pool door wouldn't open. Most of the food was not available at breakfast, but the staff made it right.

Bigger than average rooms for...

Liked: The room was immaculate. Plenty room. Lovely shower and wash lotions. Loved the lovely large patio. It was walled which helped give some shadow from the heat
Disliked: The bar lacked some choice.z
