We spent fantastic family holidays

Liked: Our room was newly refurbished. It was warm and clean. There was amazing view on Cardiff Bay from the window and balcony. The breakfast was fabulous. SPA in the hotel is great. It can get bit overcrowded between 16.00 and 18.00. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Richard Enticott, Guest Services Manager, for his excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve problems in a very efficient and customer friendly manner.I would like to express my gratitude to the masseuses Kanchan and Marzena from the hotel SPA. They are gorgeous! I recommend it to anyone who suffers from back pain. They know what they're doing!
Disliked: Our bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Liked: The location was great, the spa facilities were amazing.
Disliked: The food service was terrible. I asked for Vegetarian sausage and I was given pork. This was very disappointing as I don’t eat pork. Also there was a loud noise of wind coming through the gaps in the balcony door. Made it very uncomfortable in the night.

Liked: The room was warm, clean and the bed very comfortable to sleep in. The view over Cardiff bay was amazing!
Disliked: The breakfast could have been a bit better, there was no fresh pressed juice and a little few choices for this hotel category.

Quiet Stay at an Excellent...

Liked: The property is located at an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and we felt safe staying in the area although the it is a quiet city. Cardiff Central railway station is closer to the property and easily accessible via Taxi.
Disliked: The property collects a deposit of 50Pounds per night which I can understand but the refund process takes much time.
