The stay was excellent and...

Liked: Great location! not far from the airport. close to downtown. close to the beach. The Hotel was verry clean. The staff was very friendly. The food in the bar area was very good.
Disliked: The only thing when we go there the was a malfunction with the machine that made the hotel key for your room, so every time you had to get in your room the desk clerk had to go with you to let you in.

Liked: The staff were wonderful! Nia at the front desk was delightful and started my experience off perfectly. The drinks were delicious and I enjoyed wonderful conversation
Disliked: Nothing. It was lovely

Liked: The staff was very friendly, all smiles and eager to help. Jimmy the chef is top notch. The location is close to downtown and all the posh areas. The free shuttle service is a big plus and much appreciated.
Disliked: Better management would be great. I called to confirm my room 3 days before to make certain it would have a double queen bed. I was assured it would. When I arrived all they had was single king beds. The couple checking in next to us had canceled their reservation but arrived anyway and was awarded my room with double beds. My family and I where very uncomfortable sleeping on a sofa bed. We checked out a day early without any compensation.
