Liked: Dining outdoors by the lake was wonderful, we recommend the fresh fish special & the Mexican shrimp cocktail!
Disliked: The music in the main dining room was too loud, even from an outdoor table. It is great to give local musicians an opportunity to perform but the amplification seemed excessive.

Liked: Luxurious stay at a beautiful location

Beautiful but in need of...

Liked: Beautiful location. Staff was pleasant.
Disliked: Checked in near midnight and therefore was issued one of the two rooms with a window that was less than half the area than any other room. It was like a monk’s cell, dark and depressing. The free breakfast for IHG members was anemic and of questionable temperature.

Location is the best element

Liked: Location was good. Room was quiet. Breakfast had real eggs not powdered, good variety of food. Bottled water for free. Parking included.
Disliked: Our room had only one bedside table and only one light!! Bizarre. If we had been staying more than a night we would have changed rooms. Bed not super comfortable. No cupboards, just hooks for clothes. Ate at the restaurant-- just OK. New but friendly service.
