Liked: Lovely hotel with no noise in neighbouring rooms, very good size accommodation. Food very tasty also with on point house cleaning (they couldn't do enough for you)
Disliked: Reception - I was charged more than my rate which was confirmed by booking.com. spoke with Reception twice, who acknowledged the mistake, spoke with them again upon departure. They explained the refund will be deducted from the total, but did not happen. Incredibly frustrating that I am having to message them again. Black out curtains in the room did not touch the ground, so the sun was beaming through at 6am. Lack of TV channel options available and was unable to connect to phone

We will return.
