Disliked: The lifts were out of order the first night, no ones fault. But a pain when you're on the 3rd floor

Liked: The constant high customer service being offered as on when it is required. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very polite.
Disliked: There was not much halal options during the breakfast such as sausages or turkey bacon. No vegen option available.

Great hotel, great breakfast, shame...

Liked: Great sized room, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast. Everything perfect apart from swimming instructor
Disliked: We used the pool which was nice, really warm. However, there was a swimming teacher teach a child to swim on one side of the pool. (Not a huge pool, no lane to separate) the man was giving dirty looks, my youngest son age 6 was visually nervous in the pool, his 13 year old brother was encouraging him to sit on the side and jump in and demonstrated how to do it, the instructor in a raised tone said ‘stop, dangerous. But a father and his daughter were jumping in the whole time we were there and he didn’t say a word? After this he was constantly staring, made us feel very uncomfortable throughout the rest of our session. Definitely not a good look for the hotel.

Liked: Location perfect reception area and staff were great and breakfast area and variety were excellent and breakfast staff exceptional
Disliked: Spa area very outdated small and not cleaned regularly especially the steam room were people were near to nothing and germs can spread. It was very over crowded and not an enjoyable experience
