Mediocre and uninspiring

Liked: Large rooms and public spaces comfy beds
Disliked: No netflix sink dirtycarpets in room stained Slow restaurant service ( 45mins for afternoon tea)Front desk staff not very welcoming Forgot to makeup our room despite several requests from me. Eventually got done at 4pm!

Fantastic stay in Reading

Liked: Room was spacious, bed, duvets extremely comfortable offering a great sleep.Fantastic swimming pool Fabulous breakfastStaff was outstanding
Disliked: One thing - a child cannot possibly and physically flush the toilet in the bathroomBathroom with disabled access is not the best choice if you are accommodating family with kids
