Fabulous. I will be back!

Liked: The staff were brilliant, very attentive. Great service all round. A fabulous room, lovely breakfast and the best chocolate fondant ever is served in the restaurant. Very close to everything you need to see in Oxford.

Liked: Big room, restaurant had surprisingly really good food, staff were , super friendly and attentive. 10-15 min uber from Oxford train station or 20min bus ride. Quiet location.
Disliked: Old building which has been renovated to keep up with times, which is typical of UK hotels. I thought it was reasonable for the price.

Liked: Excellent staff, polite and efficient. Hotel within walking distance of city. Great breakfast. Oxford is beautiful destination. Pleasant environment close to river.
Disliked: Noisy air conditioning in room should have been checked before arrival.We lost sleep and had to move room. NB:This was handled sympathetically and efficiently by front of house management (Mr Vivek).

A great short break within...

Liked: Spacious, well laid out and large rooms. Pool and leisure facilities are a massive positive so close to the centre of Oxford. Vivek on reception was very helpful with parking and advice.
Disliked: Wi fi wasn’t working well on one day.

Disappointed

Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned on the Saturday morning had to get clean towels off the trolley in the hallway,very disappointed that as a resident at the hotel for 2 nights costing £600 I had to pay for parking in the hotel grounds for £50

Clean and comfortable, with Oxford...

Liked: Clean, comfortable hotel, with plenty of car parking and only a short walk (20min) into Oxford city centre. Nice outdoor patio area too.
Disliked: Mattress was perhaps a bit soft (but this might just be personal preference rather than an issue) and we heard a fair amount of noise early one morning when a large tour group was leaving, but nothing too bad.

A lovely place to stay...

Liked: After a short walk, you will see the beautiful building, like fairy tales stories. The reception ladies are very friendly and helpful. They help us to early check in, plan the hop-on hop-off bus tour, and plan next day’s itinerary. The room is very spacious compared to London hotels with one full bed and one full-size sofa bed. If you come with a family with 2 kids, it should fit in. The bed is very comfortable. My kid forgot her toothbrush in London, they gave her a bath kit. It’s so nice. The hotel is close to Thames river and next morning we made a by the river walk. It’s so beautiful. The breakfast is very good, you have a lot of options. We have a great breakfast.We definitely would come back again.
Disliked: There is no fridge in our room.
