Enjoyable stay

Liked: Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is comfortable and an easy walk to the city centre.

Loved it!

Liked: Lovely rural views from our room.Very clean rooms and the housekeeping staff were extremely helpful.Reception staff also friendly and helpful.I liked that it was a little out of the hustle & bustle of town. We enjoyed our walks in along the river.Excellent food and the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of everything. Staff were very efficient, keeping everything topped up & clearing tables.
Disliked: The only downside was that the doors were very noisy on opening/ closing. We were kept awake by guests, presumably with the wedding party coming and going until late at night and talking loudly in the corridor.

Disliked: Bathroom tub is a bit old

Liked: we stayed in a family room it was clean and very comfy.and had lovely veiw of horses and deer on the ground floor the breakfast was ok the eggs were overcooked had better .used the pool which was nice .staff are friendly .location was great short walk to the shops .never has an evening meal at the hotel we had a meal down the road in a nice pub cheap food .

Liked: God location easy uber to station and shops. Breakfast was buffet which was standard quality location nice and quiet and staff very accommodating Nice to have the spa even though it wasn’t large
Disliked: Evening food again was fine but not exceptional
