Very eonjoyable, interesting and educational...

Liked: The room and its facilities were very good, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had an amazing choice of both hot and cold options. It was easy to get to and access to the city was very easy, either by Taxi (which reception organise for you) or very lovely 20minute walk beside the Thames
Disliked: For a longer stay the evening meal options were limited. Having said that you are only a short distance to the city and all that it offers.

Superb

Liked: Nice big room, clean everywhere, location, breakfast, staff, gym, pool.
Disliked: Our room was next to the lift, so sleeping before 12-1am and after 6-7am was impossible. Restrooms by reception needs some work.

Very good

Liked: Clean room with great facilities like pool and spa. Plenty of spa and massage experiences to choose from. Good location, about 20 minutes walk from city centre. Breakfast and meals available. Restaurant looked good
Disliked: Parking cost of £25 seemed to hurt

Liked: Proximity and it was quiet and relaxed
