If they fix the issues...

Liked: Very clean, beautiful rooms, great shower
Disliked: The air conditioning does not work properly. The curtains let through too much light so you wake up at 6am. There’s a strange mechanical screeching noise every 15-20 min somewhere in the building that keeps you up

Nice but uncomfortable hot

Liked: It’s a nice building, located in the outskirts of Milan, half way to the city from the airport. Well maintained, nice spa and restaurants.
Disliked: Our room was very hot, the AC was broken, called the front desk and send somebody, just to tell us that it wasn’t working. Requested the fix or change room but no answer were received. Even at the check out nothing was said, or an apology or anything
