Amazing stay, will definitely be...

Liked: The property was central and walking distance to the tram and other locations. The staff were amazing and the rooms were clean and nice.

A little disappointed.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The lifts really test your patience! Numerous people we encountered had terrible trouble with how the lifts worked (and didn't work)! The staff member who checked us in had a strong accent and was tricky to understand which certainly didn't help when it came to explaining how to use the lifts. Maybe some chairs whilst waiting for the correct lift to arrive would be an idea - especially for elderly guests. Breakfast was disappointing. Both mornings there was no bread - one morning I had to ask twice and even then it didn't appear. Need more emphasis on staff refilling the buffet as a priority.

Liked: The location was great. The staff were amazing, exceptionally helpful and happy
Disliked: We paid more to upgrade to one of the top tier rooms and sadly it wasn’t worth the money. The room has stains all over the carpet, large scratches and scrapes over some patches of the walls, dust over a lot of areas of the room. There was one small fridge, but not even a bottle of water to purchase it was empty. We tried to order some water through room service but it wasn’t available. The views were nice but sadly the room as a whole wasn’t worth what we paid for our 3 night stay.

Liked: We liked a little amount of the property, mainly the city view from the tub and the sound proof walls
Disliked: There were no amenities, no robes, the place almost looked tacky, there was no information available in the room, dust on basic furniture, sticky tape left on walls, no access to tv networks other than free tv.

Pleasant and relaxed

Liked: The location was very accessible and close to most of my meetings. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and keen to assist. My room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Hot breakfast was fresh and tasty.
Disliked: There was very poor phone reception and in the lobby and reception area. The room was a bit small and layout a bit awkward.
