Liked: Very welcoming and friendly staff all throughout the hotel. Went above and beyond.
Disliked: Air con in rooms go down to 18 degrees Celsius (great!) But it doesn't feel like it can actually cool down to that.

Liked: Excellent location The rooms were beautiful & clean
Disliked: Was a little disappointed that there was no fluffy robes in the room Also the lighting in the room & bathroom was not great, very dull. Not conducive for applying makeup

Liked: Location was amazing. Hotel was clean and staff polite.
Disliked: The room was quite small. Value for money didn’t feel great.

Disliked: Was neighbours trays of room service sitting in the corridors for at least 12 hours

Lovely but disappointed with room...

Liked: Always a beautiful stay. Staff are so friendly and the location couldn’t better. Close to cafes and restaurants
Disliked: Got told we received an upgrade this time however the room was the smallest we have ever stayed in even though we booked larger

Disliked: No robes, no water provided
