Disappointing

Liked: the room was nice. well set out. the staff were exceptional
Disliked: we ordered room service the first nights stay and everything we ordered was stone cold on arrival.the bed and pillow were uncomfortable the water pressure in the shower need attending as well as the temperature - it took a fair bit of adjusting to get right as the temperature went from cold to boiling hot - was hard to get in-betweenour second night stay we had no internet on the TV so we were unable to watch anything.

Disliked: We were unable to use the TV for streaming. Several staff members came to check it but it was never resolved. That was a pain when travelling with kids

Exceeded all expectations.

Liked: Everything about it. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Delicious breakfast buffet in sun filled room with flowers. Staff were very friendly. The grounds were lovely, heated pool and spa, fire pits and even pigs! Wine and card in room on arrival for our anniversary was a nice extra touch.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious, the view from the room was stunning, the beds were comfortable
Disliked: Bathroom was a little dated, with marks on the bath tub but was still good.

Comfortable stay

Liked: The hotel was in close proximity to the wineries. The rooms were tidy and clean.
Disliked: The pool room and gym is a bit old and didn’t look comfortable to workout in. There’s not much to see around the grounds.
