Liked: Location being central to all we needed in surfers.
Disliked: The service of staff we had at the time. We had young children and it wasn’t easy to have things brought to our room, and we had young children come to service area to collect instead rather. When on the phone it wasn’t seamless and most services did not run 24hours. I thought this was the whole point of hotel accommodation to have these services easily accessible. Our room was very dated and needs a makeover or renovation… concerned for the hygiene of our room and further our children.
