Liked: Located only 10 min to the heard of Surfers Paradise.. Walk or catch the tram stop located at the hotel's very doorstep... Friendly staff and clean rooms...
Disliked: The aircon took awhile for the room to acclimatise but once it got going, it was ok.

Liked: I’ve stayed before, but my wife rated the breakfast the best she has ever had. Variety, freshness and service.

Perfect for the occasion

Liked: Everything went really well just on the GC for a quick work dinner so didn't spend a lot of time at the Hotel however it suited the purpose perfectly. Close to restaurants and the cafe downstairs was great for a quick breakfast .Staff were lovely

Liked: Good location ,most of breakfast was OK, sausages overcooked and tough, good selection of cold food.
Disliked: Bathroom very worn and poorly maintained, but everything worked OK for us needs updating soon ,rest of room OK if a little worn also

Disliked: Rooms are a bit tired and could use a really good clean in the corners and tidy in the bathroom with new silicon. Appears to be bus loads of tourists arriving daily. Means that the lifts are regularly a line up of people,

Liked: Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety.
Disliked: Room was a little small and ordinary. The toilet is situated right against the door in the bathroom so it's squashy and bath and shower head are outdated.
