Liked: location and food were excellent, staff were very friendly
Disliked: you need to use a top sheet on the beds. I am not confident those quilt covers all get changed between guests. Also, if it is too warm to sleep under the quilt, there is no other cover option!!

Disliked: Slow internet connection, wifi kept disconnecting and reconnecting.Room was a bit dark due to minimum lighting.

Disliked: No access to reception or house keeping - phones weren’t connected. It was only a display phone. Only had 2 towels considering we had 4 people listed for the stay.

Liked: Good location, short walk from restaurants, shops & beach.Breakfast was good, there is a game room that keeps kids entertained and a gym.
Disliked: Our room was quite dated, the bed generally too small for 2 people to sleep on comfortably.

Disliked: I requested a crib on check in about 5pm, decided to go out for dinner and hope to come back to have a crib set up and I could put baby to sleep. We got back at 7pm and still no crib was available. Baby didn’t end up going to bed till 8.30pm. I had to call to follow up. The room was dirty, the floor didn’t looked vacuumed and the games room was a mess. The beds were super uncomfortable and the hallway light was so bright it was beaming under the door, had to block this off with a pillow.
