Disliked: The lifts were nightmare! We lived on Level 3, and every time we went out or came back, we had to take two different lifts!

Very enjoyable

Liked: Amazed how quiet and comfortable the room was
Disliked: Would have liked an opening window or balcony

Reasonable value for money hotel....

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Little dated. Hot water in bathroom was an issue during peak usage times

Great hotel for families!

Liked: Great hotel. Location right by the tram stop, 10 minute walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Yummy omelettes made to order. Children loved the pool and games room with air hockey and table tennis. Staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful with all requests. We will not hesitate to book again at Voco next time we visit Surfers :)
Disliked: Absolutely nothing to improve. Very happy with our stay

Liked: Room was lovely with super comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. Location was great too and convenient underground parking for a small price.
Disliked: We paid for 2 days of parking so wanted to it for a full 48 hours but it was suggested we would only be able to have 36 which isnt equal to what we paid for. Also would have been good to have some bottled water in the room on arrival and replenished.
