Good

Liked: It was clean and a very big room. The front desk staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: The wait for the elevator was too long and there were no signs for the stairs. We had to pay for parking and that was not clearly stated on the website. The breakfast was expensive and not worth $21 per person.

Do not recommend

Disliked: Only 2 elevators and 1 is out of order so basically 1. Keep in my they have a rooftop bar and the hotel has flioor 3 which is a fish market grill and hotel level 3, H3. They have an expensive buffet on level 4 and level H4. This kept the 1 elevator take forever. The front desk person, Duane was very very friendly as he spoke about the property and made small talk but the 2 who were at the desk in the morning for checkout were quite the opposite. This hotel is in a residential neighborhood and we took an Uber here. Out driver pulled up but the arm gate was closed. He told us to get out there because now he was stuck here as a car was right behind him. You walk in to a building with an elevator. THE elevator for everything. Here we are with all of our luggage waiting for this elevator and people all around us waiting. Basically this was a fiasco. Oh, and the food from the rooftop bar was terrible!!!

Liked: staff was very friendly
Disliked: the room was not very clean. there was mold in the bathroom sink, and the bathroom counter was dirty. there were no garbage bags in the garbage. there was some dirt on the floor of the room.

Liked: I particularly like the High level of Service. All needs were responded too quickly and effectively.
Disliked: I would have liked the Breakfast to be open until 10:30AM rather than 9:30AM.

Pleasant

Welcoming reprieve from a chaotic...

Liked: Delta cancelled our flight after delaying us for hours. They refused to help with vouchers or suggestions for a place to stay. We were rebooked on a 7 am flight so we couldn’t go far. voco Fiorello was a lifesaver. The woman who checked us in was so kind, gave us toiletries and made sure we had a comfortable room to stay in. Was it the fanciest place I’ve stayed, no, was it a nice and welcoming, you bet. They arranged a shuttle for us back to the airport. Weary travelers that we were, they were a helpful and kind reprieve from the chaos of Delta and the airport.
Disliked: It’s a little off putting when you drive up with the nightclub and restaurants, but once you get to the lobby it’s nicely decorated and the rooms were surprising quiet. We did have a time trying to figure out the lights. There’s a master switch I think.

Passable

Everything you need with extra...

Liked: The hotel was clean, comfortable and really nice. Though the rooms were small, it had everything we needed so we weren’t worried about it. The staff were also super nice and accommodating.
Disliked: It’s a little further from the train than we expected, so we utilized Uber a lot. It was also on the pricier side compared to other stays we’ve had that are closer to the train/citi field and have larger rooms. I’m not sure if that was because we stayed over a holiday (Juneteenth) or not though.
