Comfy and welcoming hotel with...

Liked: Very clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing decor.Bed was comfortable, room had mini fridge and complimentary bottles of water. Staff was friendly and helpful—Douglas was exceptionally helpful and personable! We enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop with nice view of the Manhattan skyline.

Exceptional

Liked: Well, as I mentioned to Douglas, Brooklyn and Lamar. The overall experience was very good. Just would have liked to see a microwave on each floor. Being in the lobby as guests are checking in, it's embarrassing that there is no place to put your food down of you are warming food for two except for that little space on your upper desk. Thanks for your interest.
