Nice comfortable and friendly staff

Disliked: Everything was exceptional no complaints

Liked: Location was good for easy access to River Walk and Downtown Chicago.
Disliked: The Hotel is vast and a little soulless.

Liked: The river walk.
Disliked: Well the shower hose didn't work and most of our view was a rooftop. And the rubber was coming of the bottom of the shower door on the outside.

Great location and clean facilities.

Liked: The location was ideal and the room was nice and clean. The view was also incredible.
Disliked: The elevators to get to your room were a bit confusing and the store onsite would be closed at random times. The cleaning staff was also inconsistent and did not come clean our room until we called the third day. This was the case even though we were out all day on Thursday and Friday.

Disliked: Double lift to get to rooms, once in rooms areas it's like Soviet times/colours, shower is a joke. Don't like high hotels like this so that's on me, didn't realise the hotel starts at floor 15!

We enjoyed everything about this...

Liked: We like the location and really enjoyed the swimming pool and very clean.
