Liked: Reception service, beds were so comfortable, package included breakfast, design of the bathroom, double shower heads, lots of pillows and toiletries ie shampoo, conditioner, bodywash had a very nice scent to them.Also our room number 3107 had a good view of the sky tower and overall view at night.
Disliked: Room was a bit tight for 3 people, no bin liners for the rubbish bins.Upon checking out the receptionist advised she'd organize for our car to be brought through and said it would take 5-10mins, after 15-20mins I asked her how long it would be, she replied not long. Other visitors who had checked out after us, had their cars brought through so I went back the 3rd time to ask and the receptionist took all my details again and must've realized at this point, she had forgotten and went to the back room to retrieve our keys. The porter got our car and was very apologetic as he was aware, we'd been waiting for over 30mins. So I think attention to detail was missed here.

Liked: Absolutely loved this property, the view, the staff were outstanding and the effort they put in for my sons birthday just topped it. Breakfast was absolutely delicious too
