Lovely stay with superb service

Liked: Gorgeous hotel room with a wonderful view, lovely facilities and amazing service. Interiors were also stunning and the room was incredibly clean. Location perfect right by harbour. We had a lovely check in attendant who offered us a superb free upgrade, which we are incredibly grateful for.
Disliked: A little pricey but most in the area are comparable. The free upgrade accounted for the cost.

Liked: Great location, staff were all so lovely and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and modern. View was amazing. Loved coming back to a card and some sweets for my husbands birthday (which was the reason for the stay). And the breakie was great. The rooftop bar was also nice
Disliked: The parking we had a little issue with getting in to the parking building, the ticket machine was jammed and was a little confusion about parking at the Wilson car park building. But wasn’t a reflection on the hotel. And they rang on departure to have the gate opened for us
