Amazing and cant wait to...

Liked: Absolutely AMAZING hotel- highly recommend. Staff are amazing and so helpful and the breakfast is WOW. Don't go anywhere else - its in the heart of everything. Even the coffee bar, shower products, bedding, towels are amazing
Disliked: that I had to go home lol

Great!

Liked: The hotel location is great as it is at the city center. The staff were nice. Lifts are working well and the wifi is also fast enough. The room was great and clean too. The amenities are great especially the slippers.
Disliked: The hotel in general is great. The only that maybe would be great is if the restaurant does not close at 9 PM as it is too early although maybe it is the standard for it. Ample number of universal socket adapters for charging gadgets would be a great addition too.

Convenient location and very cost...

Liked: Rooms was clean and cozy, liked that there was a fridge.
Disliked: The bathroom sink gave off a nasty odor. Its as if the plumbing was backed up or something.

Disappointing

Liked: Very over priced. Location was ok as you were close to a supermarket to get supplies. Nothing in the mini bar at all. Nowhere to park when you first arrive so I had to keep circling until I found a car park.
Disliked: It was the service afterwards.I left a phone charger there. It took multiple calls and emails for someone to "find" it. I then sent a pre paid courier bag so they could send it back to me. Still no charger and they have completely ghosted me. Not that hard to return someone's belongings if they have paid for it to be returned.

Excellent. Easy access to the...

Liked: The view of the Sky Tower from the 37 floor was SUPER! The chocolate candies were awesome.And a nice shower arrangement!
Disliked: The 38 floor bar was closed for a private party. :(
