Liked: We were so impressed with the hotel. We would stay there again next time we come. From the decor to the staff. I think the gentleman‘s name was Ricardo. He was wonderful.

Charming cozy design but not...

Liked: It's a beautiful small cozy hotel. The charming design and cozy terrace of the restaurant ..
Disliked: Every night I had a problem with air-conditional and its took time to solve it..room service is 10 euro just to bring coffee to your room plus you pay 7 euro for coffee, but the restaurant is 5 steps from my room .And the staff is not friendly so its not a 5stars hotel service

Liked: The room was big and very clean. The staff was very helpful in every case.
Disliked: The room was cold and couldn’t be arranged trough the room, you need to call the reception every time. The restaurant was always occupied by some events and the staff at the restaurant was not interested with the hotel’s guests.

Would 100% stay again

Liked: The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Good vibes and a nice quiet area of the city with being in walking distance from what you want to see. Felt very safe as a solo traveller.
