Excellent hotel, room and location...

Liked: I liked everything about this hotel/apartment, excellent location, door access via app, cleaned everyday. Bed was very comfortable with lots of wardrobe space. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. It was more like a 4/5 Star versus a 3 star
Disliked: nothing I Like everything. the only small thing is that the lift is very slow but not a problem for us as we used the stairs all the time

Liked: Really good location and instructions provided were excellent. We arrived to Mechelen and were parked in 10 minutes. No physical keys, all done with app access which made it very easy. Sally on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: The breakfast was a superb spread and comes delivered to your door in the morning in a sweet picnic basket. The hotel is very well-located and Sally the owner is extremely helpful and went over to ensure our comfort. Cannot recommend enough.

Great service and location

Liked: Sally the host was extremely helpful. We had a bit of a challenge getting into the hotel (which was my fault). I called Sally and she helped us immediately. Couldn’t ask for better service.
