Liked: centrally located in waikiki for all activities, everything was walking distance for us! they had beach umbrellas, chairs, and bags for us to use which was very good if youre a light packer. all the staff were very accommodating and pleasant! very pleased with our stay!

Excellent for just a few...

Liked: Location was great - easy walk to beach. Extras supplied by hotel such as beach mats/chairs.towels much appreciated.All day supply of tea/coffee excellent.
Disliked: Disappointed no breakfast cereals supplied with the continental breakfast, even though some cooked items were provided. (Usually outside the area of continental breakfast)Being on the 19th Floor - especially the open air walkway from lift area to my room. Have a fear of heights!

Okay due to cleanliness under...

Liked: Staff top notch! Always went out of their way to be polite and accommodating. Free filtered water, drinks, and beach chairs and towels: and great lounge area.
Disliked: Area under sink in my room not clearly cleaned- dirty and sticky. Felt like something bit my feet every time I was using the sink. Carpets are worn out, need replacement.

Very enjoyable!

Liked: The location was great with a bus stop just outside the front and the beach a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was enjoyable and I liked the water dispenser at reception.
Disliked: The room could have been bigger but was comfortable regardless.

Low key gem in the...

Liked: This is an immaculate, well situated hotel a block from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and stores. The breakfast every morning in their lovely main floor living room was great!Rooms are not large, but perfectly sized for even a week’s stay. Housekeeping was excellent. Free beach towels, umbrellas and chairs too and coffee, tea and cold tea and water available all day. This hotel is a wonderful value.
Disliked: Not a thing

Wouldn’t recommend this place to...

Liked: The location was pretty good. A couple of blocks away from the beach.
Disliked: The rooms were small. The beds were small. The air conditioning didn’t work well and when I took the front cover off to see if it was a filter issue, the filter and the air conditioning was so clogged and dirty from months and months without being clean.The vacuuming of the rooms around the edges wasn’t being done. Overall, the cleanliness was pretty average.
