Liked: The accommodation was very modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. Nattie the receptionist was amazing-so friendly and helpful
Disliked: The entrance is quite deceptive and unless you see the stairs going down at the front door it could be quite dangerous

Exceptional

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly.
Disliked: The parking situation was a bit confusing but we did arrive after midnight. The receptionist was kind and helped us handle the parking.

Great stay

Liked: Lovely staff - very understanding and accommodating. We had to extend our stay under unfortunate circumstances, and they were able to do so. Beautiful room - what you expect from a hotel stay. Very clean and fitted with essentials. Note if you are a larger individual and/or carrying various luggage, it may feel small. If you are familiar with catching transport in general, then transport to and from hotel very easy. Would stay there again.

Ok for a night or...

Liked: Location and staff.
Disliked: The room was very basic not even a proper wardrobe, not a bidet and there were some broken things around. Also the walls were super thin, we could hear the people next to us going to the loo every time.No room service available.

Great stay at a hidden...

Liked: It is a hidden gem but the rooms are nice and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. They also left a package for my dog which was sweet. It is well located - few minutes to the metro.
Disliked: Nothing

Great weekend break

Liked: It was a good location, easy to walk everywhere (flat) and it was clean. Lots of good restaurants around the area. Very convenient having 24 hour reception as our flight was delayed. Good breakfast too
