VIVA Hotel Milano

Very good

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful, comfortable rooms and very clean. The hotel is midway between Milan center and Linate Airport. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is a garage 6 minutes walk away. Drop you cases at the hotel first. We needed Taxis to get into the historical center and it can be difficult to get a taxi back, so if you can, book in advance using 'appTaxi'.

Liked: Absolutely everything! Very nice hotel 15 min drive from Milano Linate. Reception staff and bar staff very nice and helpful.My room was big and clean. Bathroom was spotless!Very good breakfast but no variety from day to day so you might end up fed up of it after few days. Is also near to tram 5 and bus 91/90.
Disliked: One member of staff was very unprofessional. I was having my breakfast and she started looking at me with a weird face. She then called the bar staff and asked him if I was entitled to stay there for breakfast pointing at me( how rude!). Even when the bar staff said yes she was not convinced and asked him to check my room number. I understand Italian so I could hear all they were saying. Mind you there were other people having their breakfast and she targeted just me and I was the only black. Management was informed of this but am still waiting for an apology.

Disliked: In the shower, water spills onto the floor.

Liked: The location is good, 5 min walk and you have tram or metro, the Hotel itself is cosy. I took a room for 3 people and it was a big room and clean, everyday it was super clean. Also, the recepcionist are very friendly and they helped me a lot. Especially Naty, she is the best receptionist I've ever met, really helped us and definitely made the hotel a better place! I recommend for everyone who wants a nice hotel for traveling!
Disliked: I think the breakfast is expensive
