Splendid!

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very spacious, beds were comfy, bathroom was clean. The only minor issue was probably the noise of the air-conditioning unit but it was not a big deal for us as it just sort of served as white noise. We had a beautiful view of the Clifton Hill lights. It was fun watching the go-karts and seeing the ferris wheel. The little view of the Niagara falls was also a bonus! The lady stafd who welcomed us was really nice and accommodated my request for a microwave. Overall, it was a great experience. I will book here again next time!

Overall happy with our stay....

Liked: How close it was to Clifton Hill. How easy the staff made check in for us. The view of the American Falls was really nice and the kids enjoyed that view along with the view of Clifton Hill. It is a prime spot location wise.
Disliked: The lack of restaurant or breakfast options, it is currently under construction. The elevator was a bit nerving to have to deal with. I overheard a lot of other guests express that opinion as well. These are all just minor conveniences though.

Fantastic location and great staff

Liked: The location was fantastic. Just steps to a lot of restaurants as well as all the rides on Clifton Hill, which leads right down to the Falls. The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.
Disliked: There was construction that started early (7am) but they notified me at the time of booking so I knew before I arrived. Access to the front entrance was blocked off so only the rear entrance was in use during working hours. Off-site parking is a couple of blocks away but less than a 5-min walk.

Disliked: Didn’t like how the staff ignored my pool complaints not only once but twice from rowdy kids cursing and hitting my young children with balls without their parents around blasting their ignorant music Elevators were slower than molasses in January

Disliked: There is very little parking in the hotel when full you have to park outside the hotel.
