Liked: Friendly staff, speaking English and very helpfulBalcony in the room.Good breakfast.
Disliked: No minibar or small refrigerator in the room.The room key does not always work at the gate to enter the parking area, staff tried several times to reset the key but without successThe swimming pools area is not restricted only to hotel guests, local people constantly in and out, kids everywhere, very loud There should be a parking fee only for the guests coming to use the mineral water pool areas, hotel guests should not pay for parking as the hotel is in the outskirts of the town and plenty of parking space is available.Most of the international news TV channels not available - no CNN, BBC, Euronews, SKY, also no business channels CNBC or Bloomberg

Comfortable stay, overcrowded spa

Liked: Friendly staff, various choices at the breakfast buffet, good food, comfortable bed. The sauna was nice.
Disliked: The bar doesn't have too many spots, we tried twice on a Saturday evening and finally gave up.The spa area, especially the baths/thermals were overcrowded, not relaxing at all. A client limit per day could be a possible solution?
