Nice except several small problems

Liked: Friendly owner, comfortable and clean room.
Disliked: A bit far from townThe bathroom floor gets wet and water accumulated everywhereLimited parking space

An adequate hotel.

Liked: Perfect location for celebration, shopping, restaurants.
Disliked: Wet towels taken, but fresh towels not replaced. Limited English amongst the people on front desk. Manager smoking at the front gate upon returning home. Riccarton road is very noisy.

Liked: A ten minute walk from the university campus. Comfy bed. Netflix. Bus from the city centre stops very close to the motel on Riccarton Road.
Disliked: There was a small wardrobe, some drawers also, to put my clothes in would have been good.

Clean, comfortable room

Liked: Located along Riccarton Road, the property is easy to find and has off-street parking. The room was very quiet and traffic noise is not an issue. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There is nothing the property managers can do but noise from neighbouring rooms is an issue, especially if they decide to sit outside and chat loudly in the early morning hours. Seemed odd that there is a hotplate in the room, but no cooking equipment.
