Nice location and place, bad...

Liked: The top roof pool was amazing! The place is a few minutes walk to the beach. Place is very spacious and was clean. There are lots of restaurants walking distance. Parking was right outside of our apartment so that was convenient.
Disliked: They charged $50 for supposed incident to one of the comforters. I suggest you take pictures of before and after. There is no way that stain could’ve been done by us because the kids had no markers and most of the time we spent outside of the apartment any way. The worst part is that I disputed the charge and no one has reached out, 3 days later now. We made sure we cleaned the place really well before leaving, and still, we get this charge. Ridiculous! Make sure you wash your dishes and throw trash out or they will charge $60 extra. For the price paid, that should be included. Office hours should be extended as well so that we don’t have to send our DL picture via email if arriving after 5pm.

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The staff was excellent,location is close to beach and restaurants. It’s clean and pool is beautiful too. Staff is good at getting the supplies you need daily and resolving any issues that may arise.
Disliked: It would be good to have newer pans for cooking and if elevators had AC.

Awesome!

Liked: Staff was awesome! Location is next level to be that close to the beautiful Deerfield Beach. So many amazing restaurants just within steps of the hotel made it even more pleasurable.
