Disliked: The breakfast was late getting out and they didn't heat up the gravy. It was ice cold. The air conditioning needs maintenance. The pull out sofa mattress needed replaced 10 years ago. They ran out of towels and didn't have any pillows for the pull out bed. The carpets are sticky and nasty and doesn't look like housekeeping does a good job. Would not recommend.

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Hotel was extremely hot, air in our room kept the room in the upper 70’s. No maid service front desk stated none have shown up for work. Wasn’t able to get towels due to no maid service. On arrival 1 maid on our floor with her children there running and fighting in the hall outside our room. Grounds around hotel trashy. Pools and hot tin was nasty, cloudy and algae on the pool walls. Worst experience I have had in a hotel.
