Liked: I liked that this property has a balcony and the view is nice from the balcony
Disliked: I’ve stayed here twice and both times the rooms were not clean. The first time the floor was sticky and they said they’d send someone but no one came. The second time I stayed there the towels were stained and bathroom was dirty.

Liked: It was a great location and close to the subway. The bathroom was clean. Drinks were good at the rooftop bar.
Disliked: The parking garage was closed the entire weekend. When my sister arrived, our door was open. We tried to shut it and it wouldn’t lock. I went to the front desk and they said they would send someone to check it out. One of the maintenance people came and had to slam the door to shut it, then looked at my sister and I like we were dumb. The beds were okay. You only got two, flat pillows and that’s all. Our curtain rod fell off when we tried to shut them. On our last day, we went to get into our room, our keycards didn’t work. My sister and I left a day early.

Liked: Our room was clean but a bit small. there was coffee machine in the room and ice-dispenser outside in the hall, which was nice. The rook was ACed which was good.
Disliked: The morning receptionist was not very helpful. We were a family of 4 and I asked her twice about coffee, breakfast and also taxi but could not get a proper answer. She was not very friendly.
