Liked: I made a mistake making reservations for same day I had made a reservation for a Saturday but needed a room for Friday so went there and the gentleman said no problem if you need a room tonight it's not a problem and was able to get a good night rest very easy stay highly recommend the Vista inn

Life is like a box...

Disliked: Come out of the room first thing in the morning ready to start my new day and I grab the handrail and it's wet paint... Handicap blue wet paint all over my brand new set of clothes... So I called the front desk wish to file a complaint and get some signage put up so none of the other customers of that hotel have to experience what I just did.... Instead of being eager to post the signs the front desk clerk comes to my room and is angry with me because I messed up his paint I said I don't know what the custom is for you normally work but here when you put a new coat of paint on something you leave behind a piece of paper that says wet paint... He scaffed at me looked at me like I was an idiot and trounced off down the hill at which point I become very agitated upset and I start yelling about wet paint you people need to put up some signage and they painted the handrail up and down south to North handicapped blue not one freaking sign meanwhile I got to take off my brand new clothes get in the shower trying to clean up for my morning appointment. Now I'm like 20 minutes late for my appointment and in a hurry so I come out I know the rails that were wet before the finding just still not clear but I just avoid touching around all together I go all the way to the east side start going down the stairs lose my balance a little bit grab the rail and it's a brand new wet paint.... Can't make this stuff up the IQ level here at Vista inn is unmeasurable. Did they offer me a discount on my next wonderful stay at the hotel maybe buy me a new shirt or new shorts nah they're just upset with me because I made him make a wet paint inside.

Liked: Do not know when it happened but apparently this hotel doesn't provide maid service anymore certainly doesn't replace your wet towels an all night long homeless people are running up and down the hallways knocking on your doors laughing having fun terrible experience you definitely don't want to take your kids here.

Liked: Crappiest hotel in Vista the front desk is so rude they won't even answer the phone after you check in cable TV doesn't work beds are unmade sheets are used remote controls all missing batteries. And the bridge front desk clerk insist on accusing me of being too dirty to provide service to anymore... After staying there for 6 days I never got one visit from a maid had to use same wet towels to dry off with ran out of toilet paper this place is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and then get blamed for how dirty it is that rude packet standing at the front desk I wouldn't care if you fired him I'll never be back to your hotel what a f****** joke.

Liked: I didn't like a thing from the very first moment I opened the door no towels floor fun swept beds unmade cable TV didn't work it was hot musty took me 30 minutes to get the clerk who I just rented the room from to pick up the phone the most rude employee I have ever met out of that hotel speaks broken English and was trying to explain to me why they were upset with the cleanliness of the room I have received... For some reason they don't send made service everyday anymore let us quit so if you rented a place for a week you better save your three towns because you ain't getting no other towels.
