Perfect alternative to a hotel...

Liked: The location is perfect. Central for both universal and Disney. The townhouse was huge and very comfortable. Loved the living space. Easy check in, friendly staff. Lovely well maintained grounds.
Disliked: Bathrooms were dated and could do with a revamp

Room big and nice everything...

Liked: Room was nice and big
Disliked: Staff was awful, couldn’t get in touch with anyone at front desk by phone our whole stay. Asked for a late checkout due to flight and they told me to ask day before departure so I did then they tried to offer it for an extra $75 for two hours… wow.. and no one said anything about that when I asked and messaged properly before stay. Location had a lot of construction going on around it so very hard to get in and out of. Pool and hot tub is across the street and way to far to take the kids to. Awful!!
