Cute & Clean Condo close...

Liked: The proximity of the unit (4126 Breakview Dr. #407) to the pool was perfect. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The two full bathrooms were very spacious. Condo was 1100 sq ft. Unit provides some basic items to start with such as toilet paper, travel size dish soap, a sponge, a couple thin garbage bags, and some laundry & dishwasher pods. Pool towels were also provided. A standard coffee maker was provided as well as washer & dryer.
Disliked: Typically when guests rent a condo they plan to use the kitchen. However, kitchen was extremely under stocked in regard to cooking items like pots and pans. The unit says it sleeps 8 people yet only offered 5 dinner forks. There were a few forks that seemed like they were for toddlers. Knives for chopping were also very limited. There were no serving bowls or containers for food except one. It was extremely difficult to cook even simple meals. Two of the pots offered were big enough to boil 2-3 eggs. Not even big enough for a 6oz box of Mac & cheese. There was one very small stock pot, one small skillet pan and maybe one medium sized pan. No baking sheet pan to make salmon or roast vegetables. Cooking utensils were also very limited. No storage containers for leftovers. It would also be helpful to have hooks put in the back of the bathroom and bedroom doors for hanging stuff. A small side table in the master bathroom would be nice next to the shower since the shower doesn’t have a shelf or ledge to put any of your personal shower items. Condo was quite clean but the floors in the unit were dirty.

Liked: Several restaurants in walking distance, good space for my family to hang out for the weekend.
Disliked: The unit was very dated. There was a dirty tissue left in a drawer. Very few plates, silverware, and bowls to use.

Liked: The property as a whole was nice and liked that it was a gated community. The unit we were in, 4802 #303, needs a lot of updating. The garbage disposal was leaking water really bad and had to be replaced, the sofa is very uncomfortable, the main TV was very small, master bed mattress was horrible. It was so hard my hips hurt sleeping on it. There is no place to put shampoo or anything in the shower. A simple hanging organizer on the shower head would be better than nothing. The finish is peeling off the cabinets in the bathrooms. The flooring is cheap vinyl, but it doesn't lay flat so you feel like it is moving. Just odd. We had a baby with us, and the floors were so dirty his feet would be black from walking on them. We all had to keep shoes on, or we couldn't get in bed without washing our feet. We were supposed to have a water view, but had a parking lot view instead but turned out okay because the main pool was completely torn out and unusable. We had to walk across a main road and walk a distance to get to a nice but crowded pool area because there was only one pool. The property isn't what it was advertised to be. The best part was the lake that you could walk around. I was happy to have a full kitchen because we could have breakfast and lunch in the condo. It could be a very nice unit. It just needs some love.

Liked: Close to Universal
Disliked: Condo needs some attention. Couch was worn. Dressers are old with out some knobs on drawers. Needs some painting & repairs to walls & trim. Blankets were stained. All the pictures on the walls were crooked.The closet in one bedroom was off the track. I put it back on. TV’s were very small. You had to enter a 10 digit code to get into the condo every time. Main pool was under renovation.
