Liked: Very helpful stuff. Location is great and if you want to be by the sea in a spacious room it is a great place to stay.

Liked: Excellent location if you want to be right in the heart of Miami Beach. I would go back in my next visit.

The location cannot be beat....

Liked: Room 20 was fabulous. Room 12 was old, smelly and noisy.
Disliked: The property itself is good, the VA location very good, but one of our rooms was shabby and smelled musty.

Overall great and they do...

Liked: Location was excellent and there were electric outlets everywhere.There is no breakfast in the hotel but I booked a studio suite so it had a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. There is no stove nor oven so you cannot cook.
Disliked: It was extremely noisy because it is right on the corner of Collins and 10th and the furniture and bathroom and kitchen are dated so it needs an update. Also the bathroom has no storage space at all so a shelf and cabinet under the sink would be very helpful as well as towel hooks as there was only one. Also the only full length mirror was on the outside of the bathroom door which is a tight area so another full length mirror would be very convenient.
