Front desk clerk was very nice. Room was very clean. Very quiet. Offered satellite TV on 40" TV, so that was nice. Close to fast food places and had a Japanese steakhouse and sushi bar in same parking lot. My expectations were very low when I booked my room because it was so much cheaper then the rest. So I was extra surprised to find such a clean room with a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.

Liked: Would recommend.

Disappointing

Disliked: Cockroaches in our first room and the property felt disgusting. Bird poop all over and the tile is falling apart. We found mold in the bathroom and the entire place felt very seedy. Wouldn’t stay again

Great staff and location

Disliked: Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also had some discoloration on the sheets?

Overall my stay was pleasant...

Liked: The room was way bigger then I thought. It was fully stocked with towels. Both workers night and day shift were available and nice.
Disliked: They have Continental snacks not breakfast.

Pleasant

Liked: Good location. Close to turnpike. Good price. Breakfast included.
Disliked: Cleaning person opened the door on us at 9:30 am without knocking, in a very intimate moment.

Would not go back

Disliked: The room was filthy. If I had had my children with me we would have left and demanded a refund. The bathroom wall was covered in what I could only assume were boogers. The furniture was covered in food. The only things that appeared to have been cleaned were the towels and linens.

Horrible experience!

Disliked: I arrived at around 6 pm last night. The rep at the counter presented me a bill of two night stay about $199 for me to sign after I gave my credit card and ID. Certainly I didn’t sign it at all for I only reserved a room for one night. She insisted that twoDays minimal and I cannot make cancellation. Late my friend called the inn and the rep said she could not find my reservation. However my credit card indicated two nights charging for about $199.xx. A few minutes ago I was ready to contact your office but I was asked to give my review. So you have it!!Thanks,Shere-Ling
