Fairytale surrounding that you wish...

Liked: Locations, surrounding green and flowers, high quality sheets, towels, nice bathroom.
Disliked: The sink did not drain, repairman came, dumped some chemicals which really didn’t work. I wish he could remove the trap, take the things in there to unclog the drain.

Staff was friendly and room...

Liked: Room was spacious and beds comfortable.
Disliked: Shower drainage didn't work. Only one person got a shower!

Let's Go RIR!!

Liked: Proximity to Richmond International Raceway. This was our 2nd stay with Virginia Crossing Hotel.
Disliked: All is perfect!

Everything was okay but the...

Liked: It could have been cleaner. Especially the hallways.
Disliked: It wasn’t as clean as it used to be.

The hotel facilities were great...

Liked: The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed strolling around the beautiful landscaping
Disliked: Tavern Bites was nice, but only one waitress. Service was very slow. Having said that, the waitress was working the best she could. The pool area needs some cleaning.
